A recent survey of 2,000 music fans reveals that one in four attendees depart concerts before the encore, prioritizing their post-show experience over hearing the final song. Surprisingly, Generation Z individuals (39%) are most likely to exit early. Many concertgoers (36%) also express concern about how they’ll feel the next morning, leading 37% to practice self-care rituals, especially younger generations like Gen Z (55%) and Millennials. However, these efforts don’t always succeed, as 51% of adults typically emerge from their post-concert slumber feeling fatigued. The research found that 40% prefer getting up as usual after a show, while 38% opt for a leisurely next-day recovery. (Talkingpoints)
