Six Flags has unveiled this year’s Fright Fest Extreme lineup with a new ad featuring the return of the Mr. Six character. In a video that features him dancing to Vengaboys “We Like To Party” (before getting killed by a Six Flags bus), the world’s largest regional theme park company announced collaborations with horror brands like the SAW franchise, Stranger Things, The Conjuring universe, Army Of The Dead, and Trick ‘r Treat. This year’s Fright Fest (which runs from Sept. 7 through Nov 3.) will also introduce a range of new attractions that promise “extreme frights and unexpected surprises.” The full lineup of events and offerings will continue to be unveiled throughout the summer.
“This whole extreme thing is all about bringing Halloween to life across the park,” says Six Flags Chief Fright Officer Edithann Ramey. “We’ve got mazes you can walk through, you can get lost in them. The whole park will be decorated with lights and things that are meant to scare you. It’s really about elevating the whole experience like never before.”
