A survey of 2,000 adults reveals seven in ten British adults rely on AI, Google and social media for major life choices rather than trusting their instincts. Nearly half (48 percent) admit ignoring gut feelings and later regretting it, particularly regarding love, finances and careers. Technology guides bigger decisions multiple times monthly for 36 percent of respondents. Health advice leads online consultations at 54 percent, followed by financial decisions (29 percent) and career guidance (21 percent). Despite 96 percent believing gut health matters for well-being, 65 percent never heard of the gut-brain connection. (Story URL)
