Punk rock legends Bad Religion have announced the cancellation of their entire fall 2024 tour. The band disclosed the sad news in an Instagram post on Tuesday (August 27), writing, “Due to an unforeseen family circumstance, we are canceling our upcoming fall tour. We apologize for any disappointment and disruption this may cause. We appreciate your understanding.” The band then went on to shout out their scheduled opening act on their fall tour, fellow Los Angeles rock band, Niis, while encouraging all of their fans to go see them live even though their tour together has been canceled. “A sincere apology to @niis.losangeles for your willingness and support. Go check them out, they are fantastic!” Back in 2020, rock and roll lifers Bad Religion celebrated their 40th year as a band by releasing “Decades,” a four-episode online streaming event captured live at The Roxy Theatre in Hollywood, California, as well as publishing their autobiography, Do What You Want: The Story Of Bad Religion, which was written with the full cooperation of the group.
