Following Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest on Monday night, the pop star’s attorney has spoken out against the charges. “I look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake on these allegations,” said Edward Burke Jr. in a statement. “I will have a lot to say at the appropriate time but am currently awaiting full discovery from the District Attorney’s office.” Sag Harbor police pulled Timberlake over early Monday morning after he apparently ran through a stop sign and his 2025 BMW was seen weaving in the road. He was arrested and charged with one felony count of DWI, along with two minor citations for running a stop sign and not traveling in the correct traffic lane. He was released without bail on his own recognizance, following his arraignment in Sag Harbor Justice Court. Timberlake is next due to appear in court on July 26.
